All orders placed before 12:00 PM (Eastern time) will be shipped the same day via UPS. Orders received after 12:00 PM will be shipped the following day.

COD, freight and handling charges will be added to the invoice.

Next Day and Second Day Air shipments are available upon request.
UPS hundredweight is available on large shipments. If you require any of these options, please note so on your order form in the Special Delivery Comment Box.

Keter will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay.

Back Orders:

Out of Stock items will be back ordered only on request. We will attempt to notify you if any item you order is out of stock.

Returned Checks:

Unfortunately, we receive an occasional NSF check. If this happens, we charge you what the bank charges us - $15.00

Terms

COD-CASH: All initial orders are shipped on a COD-Cash basis. Payment must be made to the UPS driver by bank check or money order.

COD-CHECK: Upon approval, customers may make payment to their UPS driver by company check, To obtain this privilege, request an application from our credit department. Personal checks will not be accepted.

NET TERMS: Open terms are granted to customers with exceptional sales histories and excellent credit references, Open terms are net from date of invoice. We reserve the right to revoke credit terms.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS: All claims for shortages, damages etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Absolutely no returns on printed or decorated merchandise.
